4 STEPS OF MANUFACTORING

FIRST STEP

Material Selection & Shaping – High-grade stainless steel is cut, pressed, and molded into the flask’s shape. The double-walled design is formed, and the vacuum-sealing process removes air between layers for optimal insulation.

SECOND STEP

Interior Coating & Exterior Finishing – A BPA-free, non-toxic lining is applied inside to maintain beverage purity. The exterior is coated with a durable, scratch-resistant finish for a sleek and stylish appearance.

THIRD STEP

Technology Integration & Assembly – Smart temperature control systems and long-lasting batteries are carefully installed. Leak-proof lids and spill-resistant seals are added for enhanced functionality.

FOURTH STEP

Quality Testing & Packaging – Each flask undergoes rigorous testing for insulation efficiency, durability, and leak-proof performance before being packaged and shipped to customers worldwide
